Bourbon and ginger ale with a long spiral of lemon peel that hangs over the rim of the glass. Simple, refreshing, and visually striking.
Ingredients
- ·2 oz bourbon
- ·Ginger ale to top
- ·1 long spiral of lemon peel
- ·2 dashes Angostura bitters (optional)
Method
Drape the lemon peel spiral inside a highball glass so one end hangs over the rim. Fill the glass with ice. Add bourbon and a dash of bitters if using. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
