Mimosa

Champagne and fresh orange juice. The original brunch cocktail. Simple, celebratory, and just as popular at the 1960s Sunday brunch as it is today.

Ingredients

  • ·3 oz champagne or dry sparkling wine
  • ·3 oz fresh orange juice
  • ·Orange twist to garnish (optional)

Method

Pour cold orange juice into a champagne flute. Top with cold champagne. Do not stir.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
