Campari, sweet vermouth, and soda water. The drink James Bond orders before he graduates to martinis. Light, bitter, and very European.
Ingredients
- ·1.5 oz Campari
- ·1.5 oz sweet vermouth
- ·Club soda to top
- ·Orange slice to garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Campari and vermouth. Top with cold club soda and stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
