Ramos Gin Fizz

Gin, lemon, lime, cream, egg white, and orange flower water. Silky, floral, and unlike any other drink on this list. New Orleans in a glass.

Ingredients

·2 oz gin
·1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
·1/2 oz fresh lime juice
·1 oz heavy cream
·1 egg white
·3/4 oz simple syrup
·3 drops orange flower water
·Club soda to top

Method

Combine all ingredients except soda in a shaker. Dry shake hard for 1 minute. Add ice and shake again for 2 minutes. Strain into a Collins glass with no ice. Top very slowly with cold club soda to raise the foam above the rim.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
