Alexander

Gin, white creme de cacao, and cream. The original Alexander before brandy took over. Smooth and sweet with a botanical kick from the gin.

Ingredients

  • ·1.5 oz gin
  • ·1 oz white creme de cacao
  • ·1 oz heavy cream
  • ·Freshly grated nutmeg to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Dust with nutmeg.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
