Gimlet (Vodka)

Vodka, lime, and a touch of sugar. The vodka version of a gin classic, softer on the botanical notes but just as clean on the finish.
Ingredients
- ·2 oz vodka
- ·3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- ·3/4 oz simple syrup
- ·Lime wheel to garnish
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
