Boulevardier

The whiskey cousin of the Negroni. Bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth. A man-about-town drink with some real backbone.

Ingredients

  • ·1.5 oz bourbon
  • ·1 oz Campari
  • ·1 oz sweet vermouth
  • ·Orange peel to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
