Pink Squirrel

Creme de noyaux, white creme de cacao, and cream. Sweet, nutty, and pale pink. Created at Bryant's Cocktail Lounge in Milwaukee in the 1940s.

Ingredients

  • ·1 oz creme de noyaux
  • ·1 oz white creme de cacao
  • ·1 oz heavy cream

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
