Green creme de menthe, white creme de cacao, and cream. Minty green and dessert-sweet. A 1950s supper club staple after a big meal.
Ingredients
- ·1 oz green creme de menthe
- ·1 oz white creme de cacao
- ·1 oz heavy cream
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
