Brandy Alexander

Cognac, dark creme de cacao, and heavy cream. Rich and indulgent. A dessert drink that was respectable at any mid-century dinner party.

Ingredients

  • ·1.5 oz cognac
  • ·1 oz dark creme de cacao
  • ·1 oz heavy cream
  • ·Freshly grated nutmeg to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
