Ingredients
- ·2 oz cognac
- ·3/4 oz Cointreau
- ·3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- ·Sugar for rim
- ·Lemon twist to garnish
Method
Rub the rim of a coupe with lemon and dip in sugar. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
