Scorpion Bowl

Scorpion Bowl

A communal tiki punch of rum, brandy, orange and lemon juice with orgeat. Served in a ceramic scorpion bowl with long straws for sharing.

Ingredients

  • ·2 oz white rum
  • ·2 oz brandy
  • ·2 oz orange juice
  • ·1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ·1 oz orgeat syrup
  • ·Gardenia or orchid to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender with a cup of crushed ice. Blend briefly. Pour into a scorpion bowl with fresh crushed ice. Float a gardenia on top and serve with long straws.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
