Dark rum over ginger beer with lime. Bermuda's national drink. Simple, spicy, and exactly what you want when the weather turns.

Ingredients

·2 oz dark rum
·4 oz ginger beer
·1/2 oz fresh lime juice
·Lime wedge to garnish

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add ginger beer and lime juice. Float the dark rum on top by pouring over the back of a spoon. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
