Between the Sheets

Rum, cognac, Cointreau, and lemon. A Sidecar variation from the 1930s. Silky smooth and stronger than it looks.

Ingredients

  • ·3/4 oz white rum
  • ·3/4 oz cognac
  • ·3/4 oz Cointreau
  • ·1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ·Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
