Blue Hawaiian

Light rum and blue curacao with coconut cream and pineapple. Created in 1957 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki. Electric blue and unmistakably tiki.

Ingredients

  • ·1.5 oz light rum
  • ·1 oz blue curacao
  • ·2 oz pineapple juice
  • ·1 oz cream of coconut
  • ·Pineapple slice and cherry to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
