Rum Runner

Created in the 1950s at the Holiday Isle Tiki Bar in the Florida Keys. Rum with blackberry and banana liqueurs over tropical juice. Sweet and strong.

Ingredients

  • ·1 oz light rum
  • ·1 oz dark rum
  • ·1/2 oz blackberry liqueur
  • ·1/2 oz banana liqueur
  • ·2 oz pineapple juice
  • ·2 oz orange juice
  • ·Grenadine float
  • ·Orange slice and cherry to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients except grenadine in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice. Drizzle grenadine on top. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
