Rum Runner

Created in the 1950s at the Holiday Isle Tiki Bar in the Florida Keys. Rum with blackberry and banana liqueurs over tropical juice. Sweet and strong.

Ingredients

·1 oz light rum
·1 oz dark rum
·1/2 oz blackberry liqueur
·1/2 oz banana liqueur
·2 oz pineapple juice
·2 oz orange juice
·Grenadine float
·Orange slice and cherry to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients except grenadine in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice. Drizzle grenadine on top. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
