Zombie

Three kinds of rum, apricot brandy, citrus, and grenadine. Created by Donn Beach in 1934. Tiki bars famously limited customers to two per visit.

Ingredients

·1 oz light rum
·1 oz golden rum
·1 oz dark rum
·1/2 oz apricot brandy
·1 oz fresh lime juice
·1 oz pineapple juice
·1 tsp grenadine
·Mint and cherry to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and pour unstrained into a tall glass. Top with fresh crushed ice. Garnish with mint and a cherry.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
