Hemingway Daiquiri

Papa Doble at El Floridita in Havana. Double rum, grapefruit juice, maraschino, and just a touch of lime. Dryer and more complex than a classic daiquiri.

Ingredients

·2 oz white rum
·3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
·1/2 oz fresh lime juice
·1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
·Lime wheel to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
