Harvey Wallbanger

A Screwdriver with a float of Galliano on top. Sweet, anise-forward, and very 1960s. Named after a fictional California surfer.

Ingredients

  • ·1.5 oz vodka
  • ·4 oz orange juice
  • ·1/2 oz Galliano
  • ·Orange slice to garnish

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vodka and orange juice and stir. Float the Galliano on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon. Garnish with an orange slice.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
