A dry martini garnished with a cocktail onion instead of an olive. Sharp, slightly briny, and a very particular drink order that says a lot about you.

Ingredients

·2.5 oz London dry gin
·1/2 oz dry vermouth
·Cocktail onion to garnish

Method

Stir gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cocktail onion.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
