Clover Club

Gin with raspberry, lemon, and egg white. A rosy pink drink from the 1910s that stayed in fashion through the 1950s cocktail hour.

Ingredients

  • ·2 oz gin
  • ·1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ·1/2 oz raspberry syrup
  • ·1 egg white
  • ·Fresh raspberries to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake first, then add ice and shake hard. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a few raspberries.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
