Equal parts gin, green Chartreuse, maraschino, and lime. A Prohibition-era recipe that came back strong in the mid-century cocktail scene.
Ingredients
- ·3/4 oz gin
- ·3/4 oz green Chartreuse
- ·3/4 oz maraschino liqueur
- ·3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- ·Maraschino cherry to garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cherry.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
