Singapore Sling
tropical · served in a Collins or highball

A long tropical drink from the Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Gin, cherry liqueur, pineapple, and grenadine. The tiki bar crowd loved this one.
Ingredients
- ·1.5 oz gin
- ·1/2 oz Cherry Heering
- ·1/4 oz Cointreau
- ·1/4 oz Benedictine
- ·4 oz pineapple juice
- ·1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- ·1/3 oz grenadine
- ·1 dash Angostura bitters
- ·Pineapple slice and cherry to garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
