Sloe Gin Fizz

Sloe gin topped with lemon and soda. Ruby red and refreshingly tart. A '50s favorite that never gets the credit it deserves.
Ingredients
- ·2 oz sloe gin
- ·1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ·1/2 oz simple syrup
- ·Club soda to top
- ·Lemon wheel and cherry to garnish
Method
Shake sloe gin, lemon, and syrup with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
