Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Bitter, herbal, and beautiful. The cocktail that separates the drinkers from the tourists.

Ingredients

·1 oz gin
·1 oz Campari
·1 oz sweet vermouth
·Orange peel to garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Stir until chilled. Express an orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim, and drop it in.

Pour slowly. Sip slower.
