Equal parts Scotch, cherry brandy, sweet vermouth, and orange juice. Named after a 1922 bullfighting film. Rich and unexpectedly delicious.
Ingredients
- ·3/4 oz Scotch whisky
- ·3/4 oz Cherry Heering
- ·3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- ·3/4 oz fresh orange juice
- ·Orange peel to garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange peel.
Pour slowly. Sip slower.
